Gloria Sierra serves as Health Educator and Case Manager for the section of Retrovirology at Texas Children’s Hospital. She brings 19 years of experience for inpatient and outpatient services. Ms. Sierra has worked with IMPACCT, PHACS, and ATN Transgender and C2P projects. Ms. Sierra serves on the Ryan White Planning Council where she is Chair of the Quality Improvement Committee. In addition, Ms. Sierra is the Chair of the Latino HIV Task Force, a member of the Youth HIV Task Force, and Perinatal Task Force.
Ms. Sierra earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from University of St. Thomas, and her Master’s in Public Health from Walden University. She is active within the community through the LULAC and Orgulla (Latino Pride) organizations for over 5 years.
