The UNC/Emory Center for Innovative Technology has opened enrollment for ATN 139: Get Connected at its third site through Baylor/Texas Childrens in Houston.
Get Connected is a two-arm randomized controlled trial (RCT). Participants randomized to the control condition are directed to a website that includes information on HIV prevention services via the AIDSVu.org testing site locator. Participants randomized to the intervention condition will receive tailored online content specific to their demographic characteristics (e.g., age, race/ethnicity, location, and relationship status), HIV/STI risk behaviors (e.g., HIV/STI testing history; substance use; communication with partners regarding status) and sociocultural context (e.g., homelessness, incarceration).
